Downtown Dental and Orthodontics offers general dentistry and orthodontics for patients of all ages. Our services include check-ups and cleanings, "happy visits" for children, fillings, crown and bridge work, root canals, extractions, emergency visits, night guards and whitening trays, and Botox treatments. Our specialty is our unique Orthodontic service with Invisalign clear aligners. Orthodontic patients receive weekly checks by our Orthodontist through our online dental monitoring system from your smartphone at any location, reducing your cost and number of in-person visits in our office.
We understand that having dental work can be stressful and we aim to minimize any possible anxiety. We offer direct billing services to most extended dental providers. We will work with you and your extended dental insurance provider for your convenience.
However, please note that our office is acting on your behalf as a 3rd party agent, information we obtain is very limited, we do not have access to your specific plan and what entitlements you have, and therefore our office is not responsible for discrepancies of your insurance estimates. You will be responsible for any outstanding balances not covered by your extended insurance provider. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance plan and to contact your provider directly with any issues related to your policy.
